Director of Learning and Organizational Development

Jimmy Faulkner is the Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Easterseals PORT Health, leading the organization’s training and development initiatives. With nearly 30 years in mental health and substance use, his experience spans clinical, administrative, and community-based services. Jimmy is a certified NC criminal justice instructor and serves as an instructor trainer for Mindset Safety Management. He enjoys travel, golf, and college sports.
