This session is broken down into 2, 45-minute segments plus a 30-minute networking session. Segment one will focus on how a small school district, Dawson County, has successfully implemented the principles of Mindset and built capacity in their schools with limited personnel. Segment two will present ideas on how charter schools (and small districts) can do the same, recognizing that charters are their own LEAs. A 30-minute networking session will follow to allow systems to connect, share, and brainstorm.
