From Implementation to Integration: Embedding Mindset into Organizational Culture for Lasting Impact

Over the past year, Easterseals PORT Health has been transitioning 2,200 staff across two states and 100 counties to the Mindset curriculum. While this process is ongoing, our implementation strategy focuses on long-term adoption by connecting key principles with agency culture and core values. This presentation will discuss our multi-phase rollout plan, successes and lessons learned. Attendees will gain insights to apply in their own organizations, enhancing both culture and effectiveness.
