Participants will explore strategies rooted in the Highfive Way, emphasizing the importance of connection, trust, and belonging before addressing conflict. Through hands-on activities and practical examples, educators will learn how to foster a positive environment that encourages student collaboration, accountability, and social-emotional growth.
