It’s Not Personal, It’s INTERpersonal

Breakout

Interpersonal interactions can best be defined as, “being, relating to, or involving relations between persons.” While there are a variety of types of interpersonal interactions, these interactions enable us to have the behavioral skills to communicate and build relationships with others. When using data driven/research-based approaches, interpersonal interactions promote equity versus equality with others and have a positive impact on building positive relationships with those you work with.
